How to do it

Steps :

1.) To begin this exercise; start off by taking a kettlebell and placing it between your legs, bending at your knees and push your glutes back.

2.) From the bent position, clean the kettlebell to your shoulder.

3.) Return back to the starting position.

4.) Repeat this exercise for as many repetitions as needed.
