How to do it

Steps :

1.) Lie on a incline bench adjusted so your head is higher than your feet.

2.) Use your hands to hold on to the bench.

3.) Extend your legs up into air bending them slightly at the knees.

4.) Lower your legs back down at a slow controlled pace.

5.) Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
