Name's Brodie. 19 years old. Diggin' the JEFIT app. just started using it. Stopped being strict on my diet and let myself go back in March 2011 was down to 205lbs and 14% body fat. Now about 230lbs and i would guess 24+ body fat %. Goals within the next year are to get down to 210lbs or so and cut my body fat percentage down significantly hopefully to 14 or below. Then once i hit my body fat goal i'll bulk back to 220lbs. Hopefully my strength doesn't change much through the process.
Managed to pull my hamstring yesterday playing football 2 hours after i did chest/triceps/abs. guess i wasn't rested enough and definitely didn't stretch enough before. learned my lesson. focusing on RICE-ing it and hopefully i'll be back on my routine within the next week or so.
