    I dont have much time in the morning to work out. How can I skip the rest cycle and keep the tracking working?

    Hit "Save" instead of "Save & Start Timer".

      Or set the timer to 0
      Or just press the back button once the timer starts.

        Now that you have a couple ways to do this, I'll suggest that you consider some rest between heavier lifts (if that's your thing). Circuits and body weight work typically doesn't mandate rest.

          You can't set the timer to 0, it won't let you, but you can set it to 1.
