Novice level Southern California Racer
I started doing this routine a few months back, right after I got my butt kicked at the Perris/Milestone Hot Summer Nights series. And oh man is there a difference, I can squeeze the heck out of my bike now and stay pinned without fading. I'd say for at least 20 minutes so far.
Strongly recommend!
