I've worked out for over 20and years. I've always struggled to keep my bench numbers going up. I do different exercise, also utilize periodization. I eat alot of fruits and vegetables and small amounts of pasta for energy. Can't take any supplements, have a liver issue. I do low reps high weight, and no more tban 4 sets. Any suggestions on what i might do different?
