  • Creating a excercise program in advance

In advance meaning before you go to the gym. I run a 3 split program with some variations and would like to create it first, then go to the gym, start the application and simply do the exercises. How is this done? It seems in the app that you have to create the exercises during the workout. I don't have the time or will to do it while working out. Can someone please tell me how to create all my routines in one occasion? Also, how do i add extra sets? I do 3-6 sets/exercise, but the apps (Jefit Pro) default is 3 sets and i can't find a way to change this.

Have you found the tutorials yet? If not, go to the homepage on the website and scroll all the way to the bottom. There you will find the tutorial link, FAQs, etc. The tutorial will walk you through creating a routine. To increase the number of sets, on your mobile device, click on "Preference". Down at the bottom right corner, you should see a box labelled "Target Sets". Tap that, and then you will be able to adjust the number of sets to any amount you desire. Then synchronize. From what you said, I would set it at 6. Then, as you are exercising, after each set tap "Save" if you want to do another set with the same exercise, and tap "Save & Rest" after the last set you want for that exercise. So, if you only want to do three sets, tap "Save & Rest", but tap "Save" if you want to do four sets, etc.
