Does anyone know of assistance videos for this program? I would like to create a workout routine/schedule on the web site and then somehow sync it to my cell phone. I just cannot figure out how to do it or if it can be done.

If you have a iPhone all i did was download the app from itunes and logged in with the phone. once you have logged in the first time all you have to do is hit the sync button and what ever routine you set as your current will automaticlly be on your phone. once you have done your workout it will ask you to sync "now" or "later". when you sync it all of your logg and stats made on your phone will update to the website database you signed up for. Hope this helps, now if you have a droid then i just typed all that for nothing because i dont know how to work that one. -

Clarification on the "sync" i am talking about the app when you open it. there is a sync button. you have to be in a service area on on wifi.Comment
