I'm probably just "missing" how to do this...but if you have a workout program/routine that is 6 days a week, 1 rest day, with Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays being strength training days...and Tues/Thurs/Sat being cardio...but you alternate which strength training workout you do on Monday/Wed/Friday every other week so it is equal...what would be the best way to set this up? Do you just select in the Routines Manager the "any day of the week option - M-F" or do you select the "workout day - number sequence"? Neither seems right to me in making only the workout I want to appear.
Example:
Week 1:
Sunday - Rest
Monday - Workout A
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Workout B
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Workout A
Saturday - Cardio
Week 2:
Sunday - Rest
Monday - Workout B
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Workout A
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Workout B
Saturday - Cardio
etc.
Continuing to alternate workout A/B.... Monday/Wed/Friday to make it equal..
