    Hello everyone!

    My name is Logan. I am new to Jefit but so far I really dig the app. I'm 24 years old and an IT nerd. I'm a big guy at 6'2 257 currently, start at 363 pounds. Did most of the weight loss without exercise, but I don't have much muscle mass in my upper body so I really want to work out to get in shape and I believe I've devised a pretty sound workout routine. I started working out in January of 2012, so I'm not completely new to working out.

    Is it possible for people to see the routine I've made? If so, feel free to give ideas/critique.

    Welcome! that's a lot of weight you have lost, quite impressive.

    If you're trying to gain muscle I would recommend cutting down on the cardio a little bit. Don't completely take it out of your routine, but focus a bit more on lifting.
