I'm lucky enough, as I'm sure that many of you are, to have different brands of equipment at the gym that I go to which work the same muscles. We have Hammer Strength, Technogym, and Life Fitness. Each may have a chest press, leg extension, etc.... Each of these use different mechanisms (pulleys - number and size) and need to be referred to by their brand. Does anyone have any recommendations?
