Although JeFit does have its weak points, I do like it very much and use it regulary.
One thing I miss A LOT is some pretty common and popular exercises, that are just
not present in JeFit's otherwise pretty big exercise database:
- i do not find any SUSPENSION training exercises (TRX and similar)
(example: [url]http://www.lifefitness.com/blog/posts/our-favorite-suspension-training-workouts.html[/url])
- i miss some basic Kettlebell exercises, like simple double hand swing
(example: [url]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0jalJ-3e7U[/url])
- also "total gym" home equipment exercises would come handy
(example: [url]http://www.mikethemachine.com/exercises-for-total-gym/[/url])
Hopefully You'll include these exercises in near future
