    Hello everyone! I'm a 28 year old paramedic, and I really want to start weight training again. I haven't lifted since high school football. The past year I went to the gym and mostly did cardio, sometimes up to 6 days a week. I improved my cardio health greatly but did not see much improvement in my physique. I want to get strong and eventually ripped and vascular!

    Since I'm new to both this app and weightlifting, I would like some advice on how to get started. This app is very confusing to me. Any help would be appreciated. Hope everyone had a great New Years!

    Welcome to the community. I found it easier to build my routine on the website than the app then sync'd it to my phone. What issues are you having with the app?

      Well, I found a beginner's 7 day weightlifting routine on bodybuilding.com's website. I did day 1 and day 2 before I bought JEFIT PRO. I want to add day 3(dumbbell squats, One-armed dumbbell rows, dumbbell lunges, push-ups, crunches) to my app and am having a difficult time. Maybe I just need to spend more time playing with it.

        Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy. I think building the routine on the website was much easier. Then all you have to do it sync the app when you get on your phone again and your routine is there
