Hello everyone! I'm a 28 year old paramedic, and I really want to start weight training again. I haven't lifted since high school football. The past year I went to the gym and mostly did cardio, sometimes up to 6 days a week. I improved my cardio health greatly but did not see much improvement in my physique. I want to get strong and eventually ripped and vascular!
Since I'm new to both this app and weightlifting, I would like some advice on how to get started. This app is very confusing to me. Any help would be appreciated. Hope everyone had a great New Years!
