I really like this routine. I've been doing it for around a week or two and have already been making some gains. I have been looking around for 6 day splits but this one stands out because of the emphasis on the combo movements.

Quick question: On deadlifts, are you guys fans of rapid fire (like barely touching the ground after a rep) or slower movements?

This routine is amazing , its well designed doing each day different parts of body .. upper body , arms and shoulders , and legs and lower back but i have a question itsnt it better to workout each muscle on its own day ? like Jefit Advanced Routine

It's actually generally better to train one of the 3 major muscle groups, (back, chest and legs) per day and then one or two smaller muscles in the same day such as back/bi, chest/tri. If you worked out 1 muscle each day there would not be enough days in the week to train them, and also your muscles generally take 2 or so days depending on the individual to recover so you want to swing back to the same muscle group every three days to maximise efficiency
