Hi, ive always mixed my routine with 2 muscle groups but should i alternate them or stick with 1 muscle until finnished ?? eg: if im doing chest and triceps i would normaly start with chest 3sets of 10 then id do triceps 3 x 10 then chest again then triceps and so on. or should i do chest,chest,chest then triceps,triceps,triceps ?
