  • Missing Superset Feature

    Hello,

I used to have a superset feature. I can no longer find the option. I want to build a routine with supersets now. How can that be accomplished?

Go to the Workout Routine. The Superset Icon looks like two rectangles linked by curved arrows. When you press it you get a list of all the exercises with a button next to them which says "Link Above", if you click the button on the exercise you want to be a "child" of the "Parent" exercise, then it will link to it. You may need to go to the "edit" function from the Workout Routine (the icon that looks like a pen) and adjust the interval between exercises to zero if you don't want a gap between exercises (or you can set it to any value you need).

    Kind Regards
    Dave

You can also link more than two exercises and have a circuit. BTW, in the Android app the superset icon is bottom right on the routine screen.

Has anyone noticed that the SuperSet link breaks? It seems that I have to constantly re-link my exercises back into supersets. Frustrating

Yes, I've noticed this happening too, and it's quite annoying!

Also, isn't it about time JEFIT fixed the infamous "Superset Bug" It's been around for two years now to my personal knowledge, if not longer!!!

          Kind Regards
