    Click "My JeFit"
    Click "My Logs"
Click on the date to open that log
    Click on the exercise itself

    -or-

    Click "Exercises"
To the right of each specific exercise is a "progress" button

We appreciate your support and usage of the Jefit Workout Application.

        Chart Progress / Viewing

In regards to viewing chart progress for exercises within the application are you currently using the Free or Pro applications?

The reason I ask is because the Pro application is the only one that you can view your progress through the exercise page itself along with the logs page and the resting timer page.

The Free application you are able to see your chart progress for exercises via the Resting Timer page.

        Total Volume Chart

The Vol C is the weight times reps times set. for example if you lift 50 pounds 8 times and do 3 sets that would be 1200 total pounds which would be the Vol C.

Hopefully this information is helpful and informative

        I'm using the pro version.
Thanks to QuintanillJoseph i found a way to check the 1max rep chart but then i need to go search the excercise first in the whole database. So is there a faster way like checking in your routine or someway ?

I have 3 little suggestions i though i would post them here so you can read them here.

If i zoom out on a chart the scales ( the numbers on the axis get all in each other or when i zoom even more out it start to become a white line which is inconveniënt ( i had only 2 points on my chart mayby that is the problem) but after i zoomed out the app crashed so i though i would share it.

Second suggestion if i go to my stats and want to check a chart in this way i some times need to press 5 times at the chart i don't know why mayby an error mayby is the space where you need to hit to small i don't know ...

Thirth suggestions why not break up the arms ( at the body stats) to biceps and triceps or just add biceps and triceps (adding is in my opinion the best solution). WHY? yes you measure it at the same point but try to measure your arms by tightening your biceps or triceps i got a drifferent measure.

I though i would share this i'm not breaking down the app i find the app really good

Ahhhh ok as a Pro Member you can also (as QuintanillJoseph stated) view your 1RM and Total Volume progress charts within the Exercise Pages themselves

We are working on ways to making the ability to view your charts and progress much easier rather than having to navigate through the entire exercise database just to find the exercise detail page and view your progress from that page.

We might create a tab on the menu that will state progress that will show progress for all of your exercises or on the exercises page there will be a recent or my favorites (for exercises) where you will be easily able to view your progress from those pages so you don't have to navigate through multiple pages just to see your chart progress.

This will be a major feature/update and we are currently brainstorming ideas and ways to make viewing your progress much more efficient and easier (more user-friendly).

We apologize for any inconvenience that has been caused trying to view your progress and 1RM/Total Volume charts.

          For your suggestions though.

1.) In regards to this bug, what kind of iPhone are you currently using? (iPhone 3, 3G, 4, 4S, 5) as this will help us look into this bug that you are experiencing and resolve what is potentially crashing our chart viewing functionality.

2.) It might be the size/spacing of the icon but we will look into increasing the size of this icon so that you can view your chart progress or allow for the ability to click on the actually data on the page so that you can view your chart progress.

3.) Actually we are going to be updating the measurement options on the application so that you can measure both the right/left parts of your body (i.e Arms, Legs, Forearms, etc...) but also potentially measure both the biceps and triceps as you flex differently to show the muscle but also measure.

These are great suggestions and we will look into improving the functionality of these features to improve user experience and usage with our product/service.

We apologize for any inconvenience with the bugs that you have experienced as well but will look into them and if we are able to reproduce these bugs, we will fix it in an upcoming update.

          - Robert
I hope you guys will be possible to make the chart viewing more user friendly that's something i miss in the app .

          Bug #1 I'm using an iPhone 5.

This mayby sounds impatient or something but how long would take to update these settings ?
(I can ask mayby i get an answer mayby not )
oh and yes i know there can always happen inconveniences

Well i'm new to this app so i'm wondering do you guys update like for example every month or just when you feel you guys have enough for a new update ? Will the update notes then come on the website ?

Thank you for your help i really appreciate this.
