  • Workout log sharing with friends - not working

    Me and my wife used to be both 'Pro' version users on iOS 9, now migrated to new version, and had registered each other as a friend in the app.

    Trouble is none of us can see each other's workout log in app's main page - the 'home' tab.

    Checked privacy setting correctly and even delete and re-registered each other a couple of times, but none of method seems to be working. Sending/receiving still works fine, though.

    Anybody had similar issue and has been successful fixing it??

    Hi Gene,

    Thank you bringing this to our attention.

    Besides your wife, have you tried sharing your routine to a different friend? We would need to isolate this if this is only account specific or you are also experiencing this with other friends so we can report this to our developer.

    Have you also tried "Force Synchronization"?

      Dear Jefit Team,

      I do not have anybody else than my wift on 'friends list', but I doubt my problem is account specific because other people's workout logs appear under community tab as soon as he/she posts it.

      I forcefully sync every workout log as soon as I finish it. Havn't experienced a failure since I started using Jefit.

      p.s. is there a pseudo ID in your system which I temporarily set up as a 'friend' only for test purposes?

        Hi Gene,

        Not that we know but we can check. Have any idea what pseudo ID you may have set up temporarily?

        Please email us at [email]support@jefit.com[/email] and send over a .bak file as well. We will then pass this on to our developers so they check on this matter accordingly.

        Follow the steps below:
        Open JEFIT -> Profile -> Backup -> Select your format (Free or Paid) A backup file will be created in your SD card at /sdcard/jefit/jefit.bak or /sdcard/jefit/jefit_pro.bak.

          same here

          My husband & I are having the exact same issues. His exercise summary never shows up on my page & visa versa yet the community page shows me other people's summaries. Did you ever figure out how to resolve this?
