After reading several threads seems that the only way to RESET ALL 1RM is to make the request here.

Please reset all my 1RM and if possible just before 1/1/2017; if not ALL is OK.

I read that once this is done by someone at Jefit, I could go in the website and CLEAR ALL ONLINE DATA to remove it from the website and after that perform a SYNC from the Jefit app to get the data restored in the website without the old 1RMs. Is that right?
