Does anyone here do the Keto diet? I have been doing it for about a year now with an insane amount of success. Started at 192 lbs/18% body fat, lost 40lbs in the first 5 months, and now im at 155lbs and 7% body fat. I have put on a considerable amount of muscle in the process. If anyone has any questions or would like to try I would be more than happy to give out some good resources.
