I'm 34, started lifting weights for the first time with any consistancy about 6 mos ago. A few times I have had to take breaks for weeks at a time to recover from back pulls/strains and it's becoming to the point where I feel that I have to swear off weights all together, I can't put things in my life on hold for 1-2 mos at a time because I jacked my bacvk up again. I have looked at different resources to clean up my form but I'm at the point where I have had to decide it's just not for me. I think I want to swith o a routine of body weight exercises. Does anyone know of a good 3 day a week routine?
