  • Apple Watch App - Keeps Losing Connection

    Hi Guys,

I have a problem with the JEFIT app, it works great on the iPhone but I purchased a Apple Watch so I could track my workouts on the watch rather than the bulky phone.

However for some reason when I start the session the watch app keeps losing the connection evert 10-20 seconds, its very annoying and makes using the watch app almost impossible.

Also I was kinda hoping I could use the Watch App without having to carry my phone around with me? But it seems I need to have my phone with me at all times? Is it not possible to 'start the workout' from the phone, leave the phone in the locker and track my workout from the watch. Syncing when I return to the locker at the end of the session?

I really do think your solution is good but I may have to look elsewhere otherwise I have spent alot of money on a watch for nothing.

I second this. Makes no sense otherwise.

      Hello,

Our apple watch integration is still a work in progress, please know that our developers are working hard to enhance this feature. As we continue to work in progress we would highly appreciate your patience on this matter.

I think a safe address to download vidmate is what users are most interested in. I downloaded vidmate safely here: *********vidmatefreedownload*****/vidmate-download-for-pc/

I'm thinking about purchasing an Apple watch specifically to record my workouts. Have the connection issues been fixed yet or should I just hold off?

            Hi AndreSlack.
I'm thinking about purchasing an Apple watch specifically to record my workouts. Have the connection issues been fixed yet or should I just hold off? Can I ask which version of the Apple watch are you using? Are you trying to connect via wi-fi or cellular?

Apple Watch is still dependent with the app. We still have not developed a stand alone app cause it requires a lot of time and testing. We're keen in resolving ongoing issues with the app first before developing another feature. Thank you and more power!
