My name is Dave, I live in a small town in central Ohio just north of Columbus. I am 44yrs old and currently weigh about 250. At the beginning of the year (2017) I started to have issues with my right arm and shoulder and 6 months later (try to get it done faster through VA) I discovered I had to bulging disks in my neck pushing in on my spinal cord. Well I had surgery to correct this in August and I have just came back to working out after the cervical fusion surgery. I am really excited to get back into the gym and reach my goal of 210lbs. Looking forward to the jopurney and getting back in shape...
