I am 48 and have been working out 3 days a week for the last 2 years. I bought a smart phone about a week ago and found this app. What a find!!! I just started it and have found that the simplicity will not interupt my workout or make it a pain to keep track of everything. Once it is set up, it is quick and easy. I am hoping to make it a part of my workouts that is as necessary as my shoes.
