    ...tastes like dirt. Bought some roasted flax seed to add to my oatmeal. Yep. Tastes like dirt. Good thing I put a little honey in with it.

      Flaxseed meal goes well with natural greek yogurt, I get the tesco's finest yogurt 100grams yoghurt with 20-30g flaxseed meal. Try it.

        Greek yogurt does tick all of the tasty box's ! I may have to try flax in some pancakes ! mmmmm

            Carbs are an issue for me. I'll admit that. I don't cut nearly as much out as I should. But I like honey damn it. Plus I use local honey which helps with my allergies. So I have justification. No really I do. I swear...

              If you mix 1/2 cup of flaxseed with a 1/2 cup of multigrain crackers to replace breadcrumbs in meatloaf you barely taste the flaxseed.
