  • How can I track my other workouts?

I treat Jefit as my one-stop log for workouts; I put in my physiotherapy exercises for example.
But some of my workouts are different - for example, I'm an equestrian. on a day I ride, I will not do another workout (usually).
I'd like to be able to log it - I won't get into the details of which exercises I worked on with my horse, but if I can classify it that would be cool (e.g. stretch workout, strength workout, jumping, how long etc.).
Same can be said for some other activities I do for fitness like hiking which don't follow the gym pattern but they're part of my overall fitness situation and I'd like to be able to access it all in one place.
    Ideas/suggestions?
    Thanks!

Hi there. Jefit team member here. If I understand correctly what you're trying to do...

Login to website then go here https://www.jefit.com/my-jefit/ and near the top under Tools and Resources you will see "Log Workout". Click on that and you will be able to enter activities manually there.

    Hope that helps!

hi blairblink; I was looking more for if there's a way to track a recurring activity which isn't gym exercises per se.
in the meantime what I did is create custom exercises for these and define them as cadrio which is an OK classification, and I use that to track so I have consistency.
Thanks for your response though! :-)
