Copy workout day to another day?

    Copy workout day to another day?

    When I try to copy a workout day, there is no option to paste it or "copy to" option. Is there an actual way to copy a workout to another day so I don't have to enter each exercise individually?

    Please know that you are able to duplicate an exercise within an exercise day, duplicate an exercise day and duplicate a routine but unfortunately at this time you cannot duplicate an exercise from one day to another.
