i want to start bodybuilding and i am serious about it...i am 194 cm high and 83 kg weigh and i dont think thats enough BTW i am 18 years old...so i need help from some professional which routine should i choose to get some mass and then to get muscle thank you very much
and i dont care how hard will that routine will be or how much days at week i just need to be good and effective
