    ello all. Name is Chris. Push in to my mid 30s and have never been in good physical shape. Just being lazy mainly. Got aa gym membership and go off and on but do not really know the first thing to do. Got turned on to the app and eventually found the routines and forums. Time to surf and see what I can get into. Looking mainly to cut weight could use to lose a good 35-40 lbs and gain some sort of definition.

    If you're overweight, a cut isn't a bad place to start. Understand that it will be hard though. Diet is key.
