Wrong rest times
Hi!
Thank you for sharing this routine with us.
I did not follow your routine yet, but I know that the rest time is far too long. Lazar uses a popular technique called rest reduction. It is said that this will trigger mass growth. Therefore you have to reduce your rest time, because this has a greater stress on the muscle to speed up the growth.
Lazar uses a rest time between his sets for about 20-30 seconds.
I would suggest you to edit your workout.
